We specialize in exclusive digital fashion concepts, artwork , and downloadable design files. Digital products all products sold by HECTOR ATELIER are digital downloads. Not physical garments or products will be shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise. Refunds  Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally final once the digital files have been delivered. We do not normally offer refunds for changes of mind or accidental purchases after have been accessed or downloaded. However, this policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Damaged or Missing Files if you receive a corrupted, incomplete, incorrect, or inaccessible file, please contact us. We will work to provide a functioning replacement or an appropriate refund where necessary.
